We collect almost nothing and sell none of it.
What we collect
Your name, address, and email when you place an order. Your email when you join the list or write to us. Nothing else, and no data is bought from anyone.
What it is used for
Fulfilling orders, answering messages, and, if you opted in, restock and shade drop emails. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works on the first click.
Who touches it
Shopify processes checkout and payments. Vercel hosts this site. Resend delivers our email. Each holds only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information with anyone, ever.
Cookies
A cart cookie and the analytics that come with the platforms above. No ad trackers.
Your rights
Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: hello@shopbasics.ca. We comply with PIPEDA and answer within 30 days.
