The store
This site is operated by Basics Supply Co. in Canada. Prices are in Canadian dollars. By placing an order you agree to these terms, the shipping policy, and the return policy.
Orders
An order is accepted when we email confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund any order affected by a pricing error, a stock error, or suspected fraud. If we cancel, you hear from a person, not a template.
Product claims
Shade renderings on screen are approximate. Wear times and specs describe typical professional results and depend on installation and aftercare. Tools are for professional use; use them at your own competence.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights that Canadian consumer law does not allow us to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
