Hair

Unopened hair with the hygiene seal intact can come back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Once the seal is broken the sale is final. Hair is a hygiene product and we resell nothing that has been opened.

Tools and care

Unused and in original packaging, 30 days, full refund. Used tools cannot come back.

Faults and mistakes

If we sent the wrong item, or the item is defective, we cover the return shipping and replace or refund it, your choice. A shade that reads differently on a screen than in your hand is not a defect, which is why we will match a shade from a photo before you order. Send one and we will tell you what to buy.

How to start a return

Email hello@shopbasics.ca with your order number and what went wrong. A person answers within one business day. Refunds land on the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.
