We match the shade
Send a photo of your client's hair and we tell you what to order, usually the same day. Two shades blended if that is the honest answer.

A person, same day
Write to hello@shopbasics.ca and a person who knows the hair answers, usually within hours. If a bond fails or a shade lands wrong we want to hear about it.
Apply
We approve almost everyone. We ask about your salon and methods so that nobody is installing our hair without knowing how to take it out again. A licence number helps but not every province issues one.
